International shipments may be subject to import duties, value-added taxes (VAT), and customs clearance fees levied by the destination country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the buyer. We provide all necessary export commercial invoices and packing lists to facilitate smooth customs clearance.

All items are securely packed using high-quality, international-standard export packaging to prevent any damage during transit. Custom packaging, barcoding, and private labeling options are available upon request.

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number (for couriers) or official shipping documents (Airway Bill / Bill of Lading for freight) so you can actively monitor your cargo.

We offer flexible commercial shipping terms to align with your business needs. Our standard terms include EXW (Ex Works), FOB (Free on Board), and CIF (Cost, Insurance, and Freight).
